VDR interface has not been provided by the vendor
BlackBerry Workspaces (formerly known as WatchDox by BlackBerry) is one of the former vendors on the virtual data room market. WatchDox software was established in 2007. In 2015 it provided a rebranding campaign and change the name to Workspaces. Workspaces VDR is a highly secure file management platform that enables effortless, multi-OS synchronization, and sharing. Workspaces solutions limit the risk for data loss or theft by embedding Digital Rights Management (DRM) security into each individual file. After a complete rebranding and updating of the product, the provider lost quite a lot in the rating, and customer satisfaction indicators deteriorated. Despite the fact that the company has not changed the basic algorithm of its software, rebranding and the new interface of the virtual data room led to the loss of customers. Today it is an experienced provider who is re-approaching a business audience to satisfy the needs of small, large, and medium-sized companies.
